by master craftsman Howard Greene. A challenge from a friend many years ago to hand craft a violin has evolved into a passion for crafting instruments of fine quality and rare beauty. Each Greenfield violin is unique in construction and materials. These instruments reflect the unique grace that generations of appalachian craftsman have applied to their works and a pride in quality that  can be found no where else in the world.
